We are a dev agency and product studio based in Amsterdam, shipping everything from DeFi infrastructure and tokenization platforms to AI-driven applications and enterprise tools. At Moods Studio, frontend is not an afterthought. Our products live and die by their interfaces, whether it is a DeFi dashboard, an AI-powered platform, or an enterprise tool. The frontend team works closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver polished, production-grade web applications that are fast, responsive, and well-crafted. We are looking for a Frontend Developer Intern who has a genuine eye for clean UI and wants to grow into a strong product engineer. The ideal candidate knows React, cares about the details, and is excited to work on a wide variety of products across AI and Web3.
As a Frontend Developer Intern, you will build and maintain user-facing applications using React and Next.js. You will translate design specs into pixel-perfect interfaces, integrate with backend APIs and Web3 wallets, and contribute to shared component libraries. This is a hands-on role with real products and real users.
Application development: Build and maintain frontend applications using React and Next.js.
UI implementation: Implement responsive, pixel-perfect UIs from design specifications.
Integration: Connect frontend with backend APIs, Web3 wallets, and AI-powered features.
Component systems: Contribute to component libraries and shared design systems.
Code quality: Participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with designers and backend developers.
You have a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
You have experience with React (Next.js is a plus).
You are familiar with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.
You understand REST APIs and how frontends consume data.
You have an eye for clean UI and attention to visual detail.
You can show a portfolio or GitHub with examples of frontend work.
Nice to have
Experience integrating Web3 wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect).
Familiarity with Vercel deployments and CI/CD workflows.
Interest in AI-powered UI components and LLM integrations.
