About Moods Studio

Moods Studio is a product studio and development agency based in Amsterdam, working across AI, blockchain, and Web3. We build a broad range of software, from DeFi infrastructure and tokenization platforms to AI-driven applications, SaaS products, and mobile apps. We work in a small, senior-led team. Work is owned end to end, from the first conversation about a problem through to the release that puts it in front of users. Everything we build ships to real clients on real deadlines.

About the position

This is a junior commercial role for someone who can own our client pipeline end to end. You manage the path from first contact to signed agreement: qualifying inbound leads, running follow-ups, preparing proposals with the team, and keeping every deal moving until it closes. Once a deal is signed, you hand it off cleanly to the delivery team and keep the client relationship warm. You work across the whole studio: agency projects, our own products such as SiteLab, and the leads generated by our Ambassador network. You work directly with the founders, and you are the person who makes sure nothing in the pipeline stalls or goes quiet.

What you will do

Own the pipeline: Manage the CRM as the single source of truth. Keep every lead, deal, and follow-up current, and make sure each one has a clear next step.

Qualify inbound leads: Review incoming requests, assess fit and budget, and route the right opportunities into the right conversations.

Run follow-ups: Keep prospects engaged with timely, well-written follow-ups, and do not let a warm lead go cold.

Prepare proposals and offers: Put together quotes, proposals, and presentation materials with the team, tailored to each client.

Coordinate handoffs: When a deal closes, brief the delivery team and make sure the client's transition from sales to build is smooth.

Report on the numbers: Track conversion, deal velocity, and pipeline health, and report clearly on what is working and what is not.

Support the Ambassador network: Coordinate the leads and signups coming from SiteLab Ambassadors and help the programme run smoothly.

What we are looking for

You are highly organised and process-minded, and you like keeping a system clean and moving.

You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, in writing and on calls.

You follow up reliably and on time, without being reminded.

You are comfortable with numbers and use data to decide where to focus.

You take ownership. When something is yours, it gets done.

You have professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have

Experience in B2B sales, account management, or a client-facing role at an agency or SaaS company.

Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Attio.

Professional working proficiency in Italian or Dutch in addition to English.

Familiarity with AI tools, which we use daily across the studio.

Engagement, terms and compensation

Salary: EUR 1,500 per month gross, under a full-time employment contract.

Performance bonus: A bonus tied to signed clients and pipeline milestones, agreed with you at the start and reviewed with your manager.

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Growth: A clear route toward account management and commercial lead, with more ownership and more complex deals as you develop.

Real work: You manage real deals with real clients from the start, across agency work and our own products.

Tooling and location: A current toolset, AI tools you are encouraged to use, and hybrid or remote working within Europe, with Amsterdam or Naples preferred.
