Moods Studio is a product studio and development agency based in Amsterdam, working at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and Web3. We build a broad range of software, from DeFi infrastructure and tokenization platforms to AI-driven applications and enterprise tools. SiteLab is our own product, and this role exists to bring it to the businesses that stand to benefit from it most. We work in a small, fast-moving team where ownership is real and results matter more than titles. As an Ambassador, you represent a product built in Amsterdam and adopted across Europe, and you are the person who introduces it to your local market.
SiteLab (sitelab.build) is our AI website builder. It converts a short questionnaire into a production-ready website in minutes, with no prompting and no code required. The user selects a template, answers a few questions, and the engine generates professional wireframes and a live website that can be edited and published immediately. It produces real Next.js websites rather than throwaway mockups, and it is roughly ten times faster than comparable tools such as Bolt and Lovable. For a business, this means a fully functional website for EUR 14.99 per month, live within 24 hours, with human support and ongoing maintenance included. The client reviews the finished site before paying, and the first month is free. The result is a low-risk offer that removes the main objection before it is raised.
This is a paid internship in field sales. As a SiteLab Ambassador, you identify local businesses that have no website, present the solution in person, and sign them up. We handle the build, the domain, and the support. You focus on finding the right businesses and closing them. The opportunity is substantial. Across Europe, millions of small businesses still operate without a website, not for lack of ambition but because existing tools are too complex or too costly. In Italy alone there are approximately 4.1 million active SMEs, and an estimated 30 to 35 percent have no working website. Every European city presents the same underserved market of local businesses ready to come online. The position is well suited to students and early-career professionals who want practical commercial experience and the flexibility to work on their own schedule. Naples and Amsterdam are our priority territories, but the role can be run from any European city. No technical background is required to begin; we provide the training and the tools.
Generate leads: Use the Ambassador platform to identify businesses in your area without a website, build your prospect list, and prioritise your first contacts.
Meet clients on site: Visit local businesses in person, including restaurants and pizzerias, street food and takeaways, hotels and B&Bs, shops and boutiques, grocery stores, and local services and trades.
Present the product: Show the prospective client their website, already built, and explain how it works, including the free first month and the pay-only-if-satisfied model.
Close and hand off: Sign the business, log the activity on the platform, and pass it to our team for build, domain setup, and support.
Manage your territory: Treat your city as your own market and develop it methodically. The better you know it, the more you convert.
You are confident and comfortable speaking with business owners in person.
You know your local area and the shops, restaurants, and services within it.
You are self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule independently.
You are motivated by performance and want your earnings to reflect the results you deliver.
You do not need coding or design skills to begin. If you can hold a conversation and follow up reliably, you can succeed in this role, and we will teach you the rest.
Nice to have
Some experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.
An existing network of local business contacts.
A genuine interest in AI tools, data, and building products.
A student or otherwise flexible schedule that suits freelance work.
Guaranteed monthly base: You receive EUR 600 net every month, equivalent to EUR 150 per week, regardless of results.
Uncapped performance bonus: In addition to the base, you earn EUR 10 net for every business you sign, with no ceiling. Signing ten businesses in a month brings your total to EUR 700 net. The more you close, the more you earn, and the base remains fixed.
Full flexibility: There are no fixed hours and no office. You work from your own city on a schedule you set.
A supported product: We manage the entire build and all ongoing support, so your role is to present a finished product and close the sale.
A strong offer to sell: The client pays only if satisfied, the website is delivered within 24 hours, and it costs less than fifty cents a day. This makes for a straightforward, credible pitch.
Beyond sales experience, this internship builds practical, modern skills that carry well beyond the role.
Data analysis: You will work with your own market and lead data on the Ambassador platform, identify which types of business convert and which do not, and use those insights to refine your approach and focus on the highest-probability prospects. You learn to let the data guide your decisions.
AI-assisted building (vibe coding): You will work hands-on with SiteLab and AI-assisted development, shaping and editing real websites through plain-language instructions rather than code. Vibe coding is among the most in-demand skills of 2026, and you develop it on the job. By the end of the internship you will be able to take an idea to a live product in a single sitting.
